    On page 3, line 1, after "(4)" insert the following:

    "Notwithstanding any other statutory requirements for obtaining a teaching certificate, an applicant shall obtain a teaching certificate by successfully passing of the assessments in subsections (1), (2) and (3) of this section.

    (5)"

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT: Makes it possible to obtain a teaching certificate if an individual passes all of the tests (the basic skills test, the pedogogy test, and the subject content test) required in the bill.
