    On page 3, line 9, after "right-of-way;" strike "and"

    On page 3, line 11, after "utilities," insert "reversionary property owners,"

    On page 3, line 12, after "section" insert "; and

    (j) How much compensation, if any, the utility shall pay to the reversionary property owner for locating a utility on, over, under, across, or through a railroad right-of-way in accordance with this section"

    On page 3, beginning on line 24, after "large," strike all material through "general" on line 26, and insert "who is familiar with reversionary property rights relating to railroad rights-of-way"
