EFFECT: Recognizes the name change for the group that represents the private colleges and universities.

EFFECT: Clarifies the intent of the legislature to provide safeguards to the intrusion of the new K-20 board into areas that are properly under the authority of the individual institutions.

EFFECT: Clarifies that the K-20 Board is responsible for shared resources and not facilities owned or controlled by an individual institution.
