    On page 12, line 7, after "41.05.140." insert "Such coverage shall assure that no enrollee will have to travel more than twenty-five  miles to obtain any health care service, provided that such service is available within twenty-five miles of the enrollee's residence."

    On 12, line 13 after "account." insert "For purposes of this section, "adequate network of health care providers" means that no enrollee will have to travel more than twenty-five miles to obtain any health care service, provided that such service is available within twenty-five miles of the enrollee's residence."

EFFECT: Requires that the Health Care Authority assure that BHP enrollees will not have to travel more than 25 miles to obtain health care services, if such services are available within that distance.
