    On page 30, after line 3, insert the following:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 48.43 RCW to read as follows:    On January 1 of each year, the insurance commissioner shall submit  to the legislature a report including the following: a listing of all  individual insurance market rate filings; the date of each filing; the date of disapproval, if any, and any other information relevant to the timeliness of such filings; a comparison of the rate requested and the rate granted in any case where a full rate request was disapproved; and a listing of the number and disposition of any hearings regarding  these rate requests made pursuant to RCW 48.040.010."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
