    On page 3, line 2, after "studies" insert "on school grounds or a site where a school-sponsored activity is occurring"

EFFECT:  Provides that the penalties under the bill apply to interference with and intimidation of school personnel, students, and certified or registered sports officials while on school grounds or a site where a school-sponsored activity is occurring.
