EFFECT: Technical correction is made to reflect loss of referendum 49 funds.

EFFECT: Restores a portion of funding to pay for equipment already ordered by the Washington State Patrol.

EFFECT: The current bill moves 10 technical service troopers to the field force division.  The appropriations amount is changed to reflect a movement of five support service commissioned officers to the field force division.
