    On page 12, after line 6, strike all of lines 7 and 8 and insert the following:

    "(1) Up to $200,000 of the high capacity transportation accountC state appropriation is provided solely for the department to conduct a study of high occupancy vehicle lane use and report to the senate and house of representatives transportation committees."

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
