EFFECT: Eliminates provisos directing the Washington State Patrol to discontinue the vehicle license fraud unit, prohibiting the Patrol from crediting personnel or funding reductions in field operations against other activities, requiring the Patrol to fill 21 Commercial Vehicle Officer positions, directing the Patrol to continue to fully staff the Vehicle Identification Number Program, and requiring that these appropriations are only for activities in the Field Operations Bureau.
