    On page 3, line 34, after "responsibilities;" strike " and". 

    On page 3, line 36, after "act", insert "; and (f) Use of state resources by members of the legislature, to the same extent as is permitted the governor, to initiate any statement regarding a ballot proposition".

    Renumber the sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
