Prohibiting the sale of the Whidbey Island game farm.

    AN ACT Relating to the Whidbey Island game farm; adding a new section to chapter 77.12 RCW; and declaring an emergency.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 77.12 RCW to read as follows:

    The department shall not sell or otherwise alienate any part of the property known as Whidbey Island game farm, Island county.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  This act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety, or support of the state government and its existing public institutions, and takes effect immediately.
