AN ACT Relating to unauthorized charges of a subscriber's telecommunications company; and adding a new section to chapter 80.36 RCW.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:
NEW SECTION. Sec. 1. A new section is added to chapter 80.36 RCW to read as follows:
The legislature intends to protect the consumer from unauthorized, misleading, or deceptive charges on consumers' telephone bills.
