Exempting training fires from the state clean air act.

    AN ACT Relating to training fires; and adding a new section to chapter 70.94 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 70.94 RCW to read as follows:

    Except for RCW 70.94.710 through 70.94.730, this chapter does not apply to fires that are set for the purpose of training fire fighters.
