Repealing a provision concerning the disbursement of motor vehicle fees and taxes to Island county residents.

     AN ACT Relating to motor vehicle revenues; and repealing RCW 46.68.080.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  RCW 46.68.080 (Refund of vehicle license fees and fuel tax to island counties) and 1961 c 12 s 46.68.080 are each repealed.
