    AN ACT Relating to the merger, acquisition, rehabilitation, and restructuring of health carriers; and creating a new section.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  The merger, acquisition, rehabilitation, and restructuring of health carriers is of paramount importance to the people of the state of Washington.
