HB 1002 - DIGEST

     Provides for a one dollar increase in hunting fees to compensate for the lost revenues from the raffles and auctions.

     Repeals RCW 9.46.400, 77.08.070, 77.12.770, 77.12.780, and 1998 c 245 s 160.
