HB 1038 - DIGEST

     Declares that an action to recover real property, or to recover the possession of real property, must be commenced within twenty years.  The action may not be maintained unless it appears that the plaintiff, or the plaintiff's ancestor, predecessor, or grantor, was seized or possessed of the premises in question within twenty years before commencing the action.

     Repeals provisions of chapter 7.28 RCW.
