HB 1161 - DIGEST

     Finds that a comprehensive analysis is needed of the projected demand for apprenticeship training and the most effective ways to meet that demand and that the cost of conducting such an analysis would be less than fifty thousand dollars.

     Provides that the act shall be null and void if appropriations are not approved.
