HB 1376 - DIGEST

     Provides that those individuals who have one or both legs amputated and do not use a prosthetic device are exempt from the physician certification requirement necessary to receive special parking privileges.  In order to qualify for special parking privileges, leg amputees must apply at a licensing office, and the licensing office supervisor must visually confirm the amputation.
