     Declares that the act of breastfeeding or expressing breast milk is not indecent exposure.

     Provides that, except where reasonable safety or security considerations require other options, an employer must make reasonable efforts to provide a convenient, sanitary, safe, and private room or other location, in close proximity to the work area where the employee can express her milk in privacy.
