HB 2084 - DIGEST

     Creates a state-wide program designed to enhance educational opportunities for public school students who, without additional assistance, are not likely to meet the state-wide academic standards, or who did not meet the standards, as measured by the Washington assessment of student learning.  This program shall be known as the learning assistance program.
