HB 2229 - DIGEST

     Authorizes installment payments for storm water and sewer service connection charges.

     Makes an appropriation of five hundred thousand dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2000, from the general fund to the department of community, trade, and economic development for the purposes of this act.

     Makes an appropriation of five hundred thousand dollars for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, from the general fund to the department of community, trade, and economic development for the purposes of this act.
