HB 2497 - DIGEST

     Provides that an additional three years must be added to the presumptive sentence for a violation of RCW 69.50.401(a)(1)(ii) involving the manufacturing of methamphetamine where the commission of the crime:  (1) Occurs in a structure or vehicle where a child under the age of sixteen years is present; or

     (2) causes a child under sixteen years of age to suffer significant or substantial physical injury.
