(SUBSTITUTED FOR - SEE 2ND SUB)

     Provides that after data are complete and accurate, Washington assessment of student learning test booklets shall be redistributed to schools.  Schools shall make available each student's test booklet to that student's parent or guardian and teacher.

     Directs the academic achievement and accountability commission, in conjunction with the superintendent of public instruction, to determine whether the test bank of questions for the Washington assessment of student learning needs to be expanded and report its findings to the legislature by September 1, 2000.
