HB 2870 - DIGEST

     Requires that a program of partially waiving tuition and fees shall be structured so that, if an eligible person is required to pay any tuition and fees as a result of enrolling in a certain number of hours or classes, the amount of the tuition and fees that are paid is equal to the normal tuition and fees that would be paid for the hours or classes, less the maximum amount of tuition and fees that may be waived.
