HB 3015 - DIGEST

     Declares that the court may preclude or limit a provision of the parenting plan if the court finds that the parent has, on more than one occasion, made available or provided to the child matter that is obscene, pornographic, or that depicts or describes sexually explicit conduct as defined in RCW 9.68A.011 and that may adversely affect the child's well-being.
