HB 3034 - DIGEST

     Directs the superintendent of public instruction to study feasibility of providing foreign language instruction in K-12 grades.

     Directs the superintendent to report the findings of the study to the governor, the state board of education, and the education and higher education committees of the house of representatives and senate by December 15, 2001.
