HB 3051 - DIGEST

     Recognizes the need to assist cities and towns to replace the local funding that would have been available to them had RCW 82.80.050 been upheld, and to provide additional local transportation revenue options to all cities.

     Declares an intent to provide a range of local transportation funding options that best fit the needs of the citizens residing in counties and public transit districts.  Any local funding option proposed by counties, cities, towns, or public transit districts must be submitted for voter approval pursuant to RCW 43.135.090.
