HB 3151 - DIGEST

     Creates the transportation progress account in the state treasury.  Moneys in the account may be spent only after appropriation.  Expenditures from the account may be used only for transportation purposes.

     Requires that ten and twenty-five one-hundredths percent of automobile-related sales and use tax revenue shall be deposited in the transportation progress account under this act.

     Provides that two and forty-five one-hundredths percent of automobile-related sales and use tax revenue shall be deposited in the Puget Sound ferry operations account under RCW 47.60.530.
