HR 4786 - DIGEST

     Encourages the Department of Health and Human Services Juvenile Rehabilitation Administration, the Department of Corrections, the Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction, local school districts, sheriffs, prosecutors, and courts to develop and use community-based mentorship programs.
