     Declares that a health carrier may not deny or cancel health plan coverage, or vary the premiums, terms, or conditions for health plan coverage, for an individual or a family member of an individual:  (1) On the basis of genetic information; or

     (2) because the individual or family member of an individual has requested or received genetic services.
