SB 5271 - DIGEST

     Directs the office to report annually, by December 1st, to the legislature:  (1) A description from each agency on how the agency is complying with any legislation from the preceding legislative session that imposes duties, responsibilities, or prohibitions on that agency; and

     (2) a description from each agency detailing the use of any moneys appropriated by the legislature to that agency during the preceding legislative session for that fiscal year for specified purposes other than ongoing regular programs.
