SB 6479 - DIGEST

     Requires a certified applicator making a school facility application  to post notification signs in a central area at the treatment site and building entrances, forty-eight hours before pesticide application.  Signs shall remain in place for at least one week after pesticide application.  The school shall provide written notice to students, parents, guardians, and employees forty-eight hours before pesticide application.
