     On page 6, line 24, after "RCW 47.46.040" insert ", or any voluntary overtime,"

     On page 6, line 27, after "RCW 47.46.040," insert "voluntary overtime,"

EFFECT:  The JCPP intended to exclude any voluntary overtime in the computation of the average final salary after July 1, 2001.  The amendment adds language to clarify the intent.
