    (4) Whether the transaction is an exchange or a sale, the seller is not a nonprofit nature conservancy corporation or association as defined in RCW 84.34.250"

EFFECT:  Sales or exchanges of land owned by a nature conservancy organization are not exempt, but sales or exchanges to a nature conservancy organization are exempt.
