     On page 73, line 11, after "conscience" insert ", or to a bona fide nonprofit charitable organization chosen by such public employee"

EFFECT:  Allows an employee who asserts a right of nonassociation based on a bona fide religious belief the option of making his or her dues-equivalent payments to a bona fide charity of the employee's choosing, rather than to the employee organization for programs in harmony with the employee's conscience.
