     On page 69, after line 4, insert the following:

     "(4) A collective bargaining agreement may not contain any provisions exempting the agreement or exempting nonprivileged information and documents prepared during the negotiation of the agreement from public inspection and copying."

EFFECT: Prohibits a collective bargaining agreement from exempting the agreement or nonprivileged information prepared during the negotiation of the agreement from public inspection and copying.
