     On page 91, after line 2 insert the following:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 306. FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE

     General Fund--State Appropriation (FY 2001).......$450,000

                         Total Appropriation..........$450,000

     The appropriations in this section are subject to the following conditions and limitations:

     The entire appropriation is appropriated to the plant pest account in the agricultural local account and is provided solely to reimburse county horticultural pest and disease boards for the cost of pest control activities, including tree removal, conducted under their existing authorities in Chapters 15.08 and 15.09 RCW."

     Correct the title.

EFFECT: Provides $450,000 to the plant pest account at the Department of Agriculture to reimburse county pest and disease boards for pest control activities.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Increases General Fund-State by $450,000.
