     On page 4, line 23, after "air;" strike "and"

     On page 4, line 29, after "required" strike "." and insert "; and"

     On page 4, after line 29, insert the following:

     "(j) Any release that occurs on agricultural land, including land used to grow trees for the commercial production of wood or wood fiber, that is at least five acres in size, when the effects of the release do not come within three hundred feet of any property boundary."

EFFECT: Exempts releases that occur on agricultural land from the reporting requirements of the act.
