     On page 2, line 3, after "facilities." insert "Counties that have established an interlocal agreement with another county are exempt from the requirement to use the revenues in the county where the revenue is collected."

EFFECT: Provides an exemption for counties that have established interlocal agreements with another county for service from the requirement that counties use revenues collected from the tax in the county where the tax is collected.
