     On page 2, line 8, strike "at least two individuals" and insert "an agent"

     On page 2, line 9, strike "each such individual" and insert "the agent"

     On page 2, line 10, after "during" insert "the"

     On page 2, line 10, after "hours" insert "of the local governmental entity"

     On page 2, line 14, strike "such an appointed individual" and insert "the agent"

EFFECT: Reduces from two to one the number of persons that a local government must appoint to receive notice of a claim.  Clarifies that it is the normal business hours of the local government during which the address of the agent is to apply.
