     On page 2, beginning on line 15, strike all of subsection (2), and insert the following:

     "(2) Uniform Mechanical Code, ((including Chapter 13, Fuel gas Piping, Appendix B,)) published by the International ((Conference of Building Officials)) Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials;"

EFFECT:  Retains the Uniform Mechanical Code now published by IAPMO, instead of adopting the International Mechanical Code published by ICC, as  part of the state building code.
