     On page 1, line 15, after "legislature." insert "The office of financial management shall consult with the chairs and ranking members of the legislative fiscal committees when preparing the fiscal note."

EFFECT: Requires that the Office of Financial Management consult  with the chairs and ranking members of the legislative fiscal committees when preparing the fiscal note.
