     On page 1, line 13 of the amendment, after "post" strike all material through "decision" on line 14 and insert "the text of the record of decision transmittal form"

EFFECT: Rather than posting notice of the availability of a board's record of decision on the DOE's internet site, the DOE must post the text of the record of decision transmittal form on the site.
