     On page 4, line 36 of the striking amendment, after "ranches," insert "public and private fish rearing facilities,"

EFFECT:  (1) Adds brewing to the definition of "agricultural processing."  (2) Adds public and private fish rearing facilities to the definition of "agricultural water use."
