     On page 8, line 11, after "information" insert "collected in a manner consistent with the provisions of RCW 77.32.070"

     On page 8, after line 36, insert the following:

     "Sec 2. __RCW 77.32.070 and 1998 c 191 s 11 are each amended to read as follows:

     Applicants for a license, permit, tag, or stamp shall furnish the information required by the director.  If the director requires the collection of the social security number of an applicant for a license, permit, tag, or stamp, any electronic or paper documentation of that social security number must be destroyed immediately following the issuance of the license, permit, tag, or stamp.  The commission may adopt rules requiring licensees or permittees to keep records and make reports concerning the taking of fish, shellfish, and wildlife."

     Correct the title

EFFECT: Requires the Department of Fish and Wildlife to destroy documentation of a social security number following the issuance of a license, permit, stamp, or tag.
