    On page 3, line 20 of the amendment, after "care" insert "or for any postoperative complication"

    On page 3, line 21 of the amendment, after "consultation" insert "and" and after "with" insert "the approval of"

EFFECT:  Prohibits the optometrist from administering, dispensing, or prescribing oral drugs for a 90-day period following an operation or for any postoperative complication, unless the optometrist does so in consultation and with the approval of the practitioner who performed the operation.
