     On page 15, after line 34, insert ANEW SECTION. Sec. 20. If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill or chapter number, is not provided by June 30, 2001, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void.@

     Correct the title.

EFFECT: This act is null and void if funding is not provided in the omnibus appropriations act.
