     On page 1, after line 5, strike all of section 1

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

     Correct the title.

     On page 3, line 15, after "for" strike "any other district" and insert "each of the other districts"

     On page 3, line 16, after "district" strike "not containing Yakima county"

EFFECT:   Reinstates the requirement that the state be divided into not less than three (rather than two) fruit and vegetable inspection districts and, in referring to transfers of residual balances from district funds, no longer refers to the transfers being made to only two district accounts.
