     On page 2, line 1, after "90.58.030(3)(e)(iv)." strike all material through the end of line 2, and insert "Nothing in this section shall limit or affect the responsibility of local governments planning under the growth management act to designate and protect critical areas under RCW 36.70A.060 and RCW 36.70A.170."

     On page 3, beginning on line 4, strike all of section 2

     Correct the title.

EFFECT:  Removes the requirement prohibiting the provisions from becoming effective until the adopted guidelines for local government shoreline master programs become effective.  Specifies that the provisions relating to agricultural activities do not limit or affect local government planning requirements for critical areas under the Growth Management Act.
